In the centre of the Peninsula of Punta del Este, close to both main beaches, Mansa and Brava, the 23-storey residential tower faces the corner with a circular floor plan of 73 metres of height. It has two basements for vehicle parking and general building services.
The double-height circular reception lobby designed around the core contains the elevators lobby and exit doors to exterior spaces, connecting with two independent 2-storey buildings where the main amenities, gym, spa and indoor pool are located.
Multiple meeting rooms surround the core, on the mezzanine level.
Following a symmetric plan through the diagonal axis ensuring the best views for all units, the tower has 20 levels of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
The top floor design includes lounges for social activities and a 360º outdoor solarium.
On the roof of the building, a platform allows to function as a helipad if required.
