Located in a central area of Montevideo, the fully glazed 6-storey functional complex, with basement and ground floor parking, contains a financial and service institution (Abitab’s headquarters) office building.
Geometrical opposition of fully glazed volumes define a conceptual clarity, while incorporating technological devices, information and communication technology, thermal conditioning and natural lighting. Office layouts are flexible, with maximum natural lighting and ventilation, energy saving and carbon dioxide emission reduction influenced design process from initial stages thus comprising the maximum of natural resources.
