A major complex including an office building and large residential tower over a parking podium with amenities over the podium and the roof overlooking the city of São Paulo.
The developer goal was to provide unique amenities at the top of the tall structure to all residents, thus a major roof garden and park was designed including swimming pools, recreational and gym facilities.
The ondulating façade obtained by the use of curved balconies is carried along in the louvres on the parking level.
A second green park is located on top of the podium.
An office building is built in close proximity providing all possible uses for residents.
