Located on a high site overlooking Manantiales’ beaches in the Uruguayan exclusive sea resort Punta del Este, the arched 4-storey, 17-apartment residential building of 1 to 3 bedrooms, includes an indoor - outdoor pool, gym and barbecue. Composed by continuous balconies with clear glass handrails, fully glazed units, stone fins, white aluminium canopies, a circular drop-off surrounding a water feature and 22 parking stalls.
