Broadcast Centre Development Simcoe Place

Located in one of downtown Toronto main streets, the original project was composed of two towers, only one of which was finally built.

Clad in grey and black granite, the tower provides triple office facilities with large 2,000 sqm office plates with total flexibility for multiple tenants.

The site is adjacent to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Headquarters and across the Toronto dome stadium.
