The golden façade of this 11-storey office building leans towards the end of the runways of the Dubai International Airport. The "U" shaped layout embraces a multi-storey height atrium with views of the exterior and interior landscaped ground floor courtyards.
Clad in gold glass that reflects the Dubai sunset, the structure provides large area prime office space in the Dubai Sharjah corridor.
Glass elevators provide views of the multi-storey atrium and the runways of Dubai International Airport.
The sloping façade minimize the impact of solar heat gain
