Celebra Building, an emblematic double helicoid 8-storey office building in Zonamerica free zone, rises to celebrate the 2010 Technological Park’s 20th anniversary. Formed by two inverted sliced elliptical conic shapes it achieves the required flexibility for office display, it reaches the highest sets of demands attaining LEED GOLD certification. Celebra Building obtained in London the award for Best Office Building in the World at the International Property Awards, in association with Bloomberg.
The lobby and the bank occupy the ground floor, business centre covers the first level and offices with flexible layout take up the floors above. Conference rooms, the bank lower level, the cafeteria and service areas fill the basement. Penthouse offices with private terraces besides public use terraces with unobstructed views accommodate on the upper floor.
