CORP LAGOS commercial and office building set on a privileged location within a green residential area, very close to Montevideo access and key business services as Carrasco International Airport, Zonamerica Free Zone, and Ciudad de la Costa Civic Centre.
The six-storey volume has 4 units per typical level destined to offices or studios with exclusive kitchenette and washrooms. Every level provides 360ª views to the surrounding parks and lakes, providing natural light and ventilation.
At ground level the entrance lobby, meeting rooms and outdoor parking fulfil the requirements for business people. The smoothly curved sloping double glazed curtain wall in two different colours, the panoramic elevator and prominent top canopies, identify the building as part of a new landmark in the area.
