Low rise 7 storey office building with both flexible office floors going from 50 to 1500 sqm areas and small studios with a restaurant in the centre in one of Sao Paulo’s major business area.
The structure provides a different type of AAA office space, with a major building of low height. The symmetrical façade has at the centre a small café that acts as the main entrance to the complex. Inclined glass façade provide a dynamic appearance to the composition.
