A simple distinctive compact volume next to Montevideo’s harbour bay, an affordable Housing High Rise Building, accommodates all 194 residential units, 103 parking stalls and retail areas. V-shaped 4-storey high columns surround the commercial podium with green rooftop. A top rectangular canopy and two dark sloping volumes crown the residential tower with grey façade fins that reinforce elegance and verticality.
