Plaza Libertad Office Building
Located in one of the most important corners on the emblematic artery 9 de Julio of Buenos Aires, in front of Libertad square, the 12-storey building has a 4 level basement parking served by two car lifts, retail at street level and ten typical office and pent house levels with a concrete structure of slabs without beams with eight columns per floor.
The juxtaposition of two surfaces in horizontal and vertical axes, portrayed through a black glassed conical shape and a golden glass cylindrical element.
A sophisticated curtain wall that leaving uninterrupted visuals from floor to ceiling, incorporates double glass panels with low thermal and ultraviolet transmission. In addition, the inclusion in that wall of a lighting system with fluorescent lights of different colour with dimerized variations allows, through a computer program, to illuminate the facade in infinite varieties of colour, intensity and drawing.
