In a unique location on the edge of Cartagena de Indias bay, the structure has 40 floors of one or two prime residences per floor on top of an eight storey garage, and amenities at the top of the parking levels and roof top with 360 views of the city, bay and ocean.
The flute appearance of the structure is obtained by the use of brise soleils around its perimeter at each apartment level.
The horseshoe plan opens curved terraces toward the bay frontage while maintaining a more opaque façade on the city side.
