The 86-level faceted facades tower, comprised of 284 luxury condominium residences, a boutique hotel, retail space and over 500 parking spaces, offers a collection of amenities such as multiple terraces, pools, spa, sauna, steam rooms and fitness centre. Probably the tallest building west of the Mississippi if built, this proposal creates a sculpted shape with sharp angles and sloping planes to reflect in a very changing way the movement of the sun and the surrounding mountains. In a prime location in downtown Denver in close proximity to the pedestrian open street, the structure would be visible from miles around.
