The Proscenium, whose name is inspired by the performing arts theatre within the 3.6-hectare complex property of Rockwell Centre in Makati, is a residential and commercial condominium, comprised by five 47 to 60-level residential towers, including the main tower with a distinct, iconic design to complete a unique skyline. Composed by 51-storey Sakura tower, 55-storey Kirov tower, 47-storey Lincoln and Lorraine towers, town homes, an elevated garden with pools and amenities on top of a multi-storey parking podium, the 700-seat theatre, the Lopez museum with a library, an Art Gallery, specialty shops, cafes and restaurants within its gated space.
