Ubicado en medio de los mejores restaurantes que atienden la exclusiva plaza de oficinas del WTC en el barrio de Pocitos en Montevideo, Gardenia ofreció un exquisito menú dentro de un refinado marco minimalista moderno. Suelos de hormigón en tonos grises, asientos de cuero, una espiral de cuero burdeos que reinaba en la escalera helicoidal que conducía a la bodega del sótano y fachadas acristaladas que daban tanto a la plaza del WTC como al puerto deportivo de Buceo, le dieron a Gardenia un carácter fuerte.
