Ubicado en un lugar destacado, con vista a la bahía y al Puerto de Montevideo, este icónico edificio de 34 pisos funciona como Sede de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de Uruguay, ANTEL, convirtiéndose en su símbolo. La torre, que alberga las oficinas principales, con su parte superior curva, delinea el nuevo perfil audaz en el horizonte de Montevideo. El programa arquitectónico se materializa en diferentes pabellones, separando las áreas públicas, un salón de usos múltiples, un auditorio, una guardería para los hijos de los empleados, una estructura de estacionamiento y un parque diáfano con un anfiteatro abierto.
