Twelve storeys residential building with open to the sky barbeques and amenities at the top and retail at street level in the Montevideo Downtown area. In order to create a different image, balconies are housed in glass blocks with inclined windows.
The amenities are located in the roof top under a faceted concrete and glass structure.
