Edificio residencial de doce plantas con parrillas al aire libre y amenidades en la parte superior y locales comerciales a pie de calle en el Centro de Montevideo. Para crear una imagen diferente, los balcones se alojan en bloques de vidrio con ventanas inclinadas.
Los amenities están ubicados en la azotea bajo una estructura de hormigón facetado y vidrio.
