Las Americas Business Centre designed for rental offices is strategically located next to Carrasco International Airport, Zonamerica Free Zone and Ciudad de la Costa Civic Centre.
Visible and iconic, the 8-storey angular layout takes advantage of natural light and views of the surrounding lakes and Roosevelt Park.
At grade level, an enclosed plaza integrates the off-street parking and the landscaped drop off areas.The double hermetic glazing DVH facades limit solar radiation and brightness by alternating fixed and moving panels giving natural ventilation to all offices.
The offices design offer flexible spaces that meet the standards of office planning.
