LAB – Las Americas Business Centre



Las Américas Business Centre, diseñado para oficinas de alquiler está estratégicamente ubicado junto al Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco, Zona Franca Zonamerica y Centro Cívico Ciudad de la Costa.
Visible e icónico, el diseño angular de 8 pisos aprovecha la luz natural y las vistas de los lagos circundantes y el Parque Roosevelt.
A nivel del suelo, una plaza cerrada integra el estacionamiento fuera de la calle y las áreas de entrega ajardinadas. Las fachadas de doble acristalamiento hermético DVH limitan la radiación solar y el brillo alternando paneles fijos y móviles que dan ventilación natural a todas las oficinas.
El diseño de oficinas ofrece espacios flexibles que cumplen con los estándares de planificación de oficinas.
