In the most prominent location on the Dubai Creek, the building has a large golden glass façade in the shape of a sail that reflects the sunsets, held by the vertical circulation and services housed in two vertical cores clad in light grey granite. The bank directory is located at the top of the tower with a major view of the old town. Offices are divided by liquid crystal glass partitions that can become non transparent when desired. The golden glass is made with particles of gold that give it its unique colour that changes with the different tonalities of the sky.
