En la ubicación más destacada del Dubai Creek, el edificio cuenta con una gran fachada de cristal dorado en forma de vela que refleja los atardeceres, sostenidos por las circulaciones verticales y los servicios alojados en dos núcleos verticales revestidos de granito gris claro. El directorio de bancos se encuentra en la parte superior de la torre con una vista importante del casco antiguo. Las oficinas están divididas por mamparas de vidrio de cristal líquido que pueden volverse no transparentes cuando se desee. El cristal dorado está elaborado con partículas de oro que le dan su color único que cambia con las distintas tonalidades del cielo.
