Aiming to generate a regional educational polo, the 2-storey complex for the University of Hospitality and Gastronomy Centre, implanted within the existing pine forests of the exclusive sea resort Pinamar, includes laboratories, an auditorium and residential areas.
Articulated volumes with covered walkways surrounding a courtyard, interconnect classrooms, library, amphitheatre, food elaboration and the hotel area.
A curved metallic roof, glazed perimeter rooms, stone and painted stucco are the materials that emphasize the volumetric concept.
Each volume, organized in a rectangular modular plan and a simple structure, guaranties the maximum efficiency of the building.
