Ivens Dias Branco Condominium



Ubicado en un sitio privilegiado sobre la playa del Océano Atlántico en la ciudad de Fortaleza, en el noreste de Brasil, el edificio de 40 pisos tiene unidades de 600 m2 por piso que incluyen un helipuerto en su parte superior y amplias terrazas alrededor de su perímetro.
Para acentuar su ubicación al borde de espectaculares playas, el edificio fue concebido como una escultura sinuosa que imita las olas del mar a sus pies, con profundos balcones curvilíneos alrededor de sus tres lados frente al mar.
La fachada posterior por el contrario hacia la ciudad fue tratada como un muro más opaco ubicando todos los servicios en su perímetro.
